Just got that feeling when we walked on to the park. Josie was fantastic and went above n beyond!

We first came to the park in September 2020 and met by Josie who was friendly and helpful.

We were shown around a few caravans that we liked and shown the facilities that were excellent!

We had a meal in Guy’s Café Bar & Restaurant that was superb.

Unfortunately, the timing just was not quite right for us, however we could not get the Park out of our heads.

Fast forward to December 2021 we saw a caravan on the website that we loved so we got back in touch with Josie who was as helpful as ever, so we went across to the park and loved the caravan, so we bought it there and then.

The handover went really smoothly, and we got our keys on the 7th February, it was my big 50 birthday whilst we were at Guy’s & Josie sorted out banners and balloons that were a lovely touch.

We looked at a couple of holiday parks, but Patrington Haven stood out.

Josie was very helpful and made us feel welcome and relaxed from our first meeting.

Josie kept in touch with us throughout the entire purchasing process, and our handover went smoothly.

When we came to Patrington Haven Leisure Park for the first time we had different ideas of what, if anything we were looking for.

My partner was interested in the fishing lake and maybe a low cost second hand holiday home, I was not sure if it would be for me.

Josie was so patient and explained everything in detail.

Josie went through all of our options and showed us different caravans and garden plots.

I was convinced! We picked a new Holiday home and a superb garden plot!

Everyone we have had contact with is so helpful and friendly, and we have been made to feel so welcome.

We definitely feel we have made the right decision.

I am so glad I listened to my friend when she told me I would like Patrington Haven Leisure Park, because now we both have a place we can enjoy together with our friends and family.

The park is very well maintained and looks lovely.

Josie was very welcoming from the first time we spoke, with regular contact even out of hours, she answered every question we have had and supported our sale 100%.

Every query Josie has jumped immediately to support us.

Guy and Callum. Attended late at night and they both took their time and provided all relevant information even though it was after hours with no pressure applied to us at all.

From the park visit to the purchase there has been a clear and easy procedure. On the two visits to the park since handover we have loved it and cannot wait to stay overnight and enjoy it to the full.

All park owners and staff that we have met to date have been friendly and positive. I only wish we had found the park when we first retuned to Yorkshire.
